Artist Maurizio Cattelan will officially unveil this graphic message to Italian money men in front of Milan's stock exchange this week, reports Central European News.

Cattelan said: "Officially it's name is L.O.V.E. So it stands for love - but everyone can read between the lines and take away the message they see for themselves."

The artist has a previously shocked the world with controversial exhibits of Adolf Hitler praying and Pope John Paul being struck by a meteor.
